Returns
Policy
At Ace's
Pilot Shop we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you
need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify Ace's Pilot
Shop within one year of the shipping date and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). You can do this by filling out our RMA
request form. Click

No returns will be
accepted if the RMA request form has not been
completed. Items returned without an RMA maybe refused and returned to
you at your expense, or accepted and assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items
must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original boxes and packing
materials.
- Returned items
must have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes and contain all
manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer.
- Opened Software
and Videos can not be returned unless defective, and may then only be
exchanged for another copy of the same item.
- If you are returning
software or a GPS due to a technical issue, you must first contact the
manufacturer for technical support and include the name of the technical
support representative you spoke with.
- Shipping charges
are not refundable unless we ship you the wrong item.
- Do not return products
directly to the manufacturer unless we tell you to do so. Your payment
was made to us, so the manufacturer can not refund your money unless
the return is coordinated by us.
- Be sure to ship
your return by a traceable service, such as UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail
with delivery confirmation, and insure it accordingly. The tracking
number is your proof that we have received the return. We can not be
responsible for items returned without a tracking number or delivery
confirmation.
- You are responsible
for shipping costs of all returns.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving
your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the
return is a result of our error.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the
value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases
at Ace's Pilot Shop. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient
at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't
let the person who sent the gift know about your return.)
